Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the ctrl32 software, sold by Pavol Krnáč, sole proprietor (the "Seller"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. The product

ctrl32 is desktop software sold as a licence. The same installer serves every tier; the purchased tier is carried by your licence key, which the program verifies offline. The installer is available for download in your customer account after signing in; the licence key is delivered to your e-mail and listed in your account after payment.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders placed with bank transfer are sold directly by the Seller: a pro-forma invoice with payment details is issued at checkout, and the invoice, licence key and download follow the received payment automatically.

Orders paid by card are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record (reseller): your contract of sale for such orders is with Paddle, under the Paddle Buyer Terms, and Paddle handles the payment, invoice and applicable taxes.

3. Licence

A licence is personal to the customer named on the order, one key per purchased unit. The unlicensed program runs with its upload capability disabled. Keys are revocable in cases of fraud or chargeback abuse.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy — in short, 14 days from purchase, aligned with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Support and contact

Buyer support is provided through the contact page, which lists the support e-mail and phone number. We answer without undue delay.

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described on the Privacy (GDPR) page; cookies as described on the Cookies page.

7. Governing law

For orders sold directly by the Seller these terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence stay unaffected. For card orders the Paddle Buyer Terms apply.
